Privacy at cymatixcontext.com
This page explains what happens to information when you visit cymatixcontext.com, and what the Cymatix Context software does with your data. Short version: the site does not track you, and the software keeps your data on your own machine.
This website
- The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, has no accounts or forms, and its own code includes no advertising or tracking scripts
- The only executable script on the site is the copy button on the contributor guide, which runs entirely in your browser
- The pages load their fonts, styles, and images from this domain, not from third-party servers
Network and logs
- Requests reach the site through Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site, under the Cloudflare privacy policy
- Cloudflare gives the site owner basic, aggregate traffic statistics, such as page views and visitor countries. They are not used to identify or profile individual visitors
- The origin server prints a standard access line for each request (time, path, and status). It is not written to a database, sold, or shared
The Cymatix Context software
- Cymatix Context is local-first: your knowledge store is a SQLite file on your disk, and the server binds to loopback (
127.0.0.1) by default - OpenTelemetry export is off by default; when you turn it on, data goes to the endpoint you configure, not to the project. See Observability
- The OpenAI-compatible proxy forwards chat requests only to the upstream model you configure
